The lemon zest actually gives a very refreshing taste. It's such a simple and delicious recipe. It was my first non-indian recipe which I tried. I also tried ur Kesari dudh and it was good too. I replaced the orange liqueur with freshly squeezed orange juice but now am tempted to try it with orange liqueur and see if it can get yummier.&lt;/p&gt;
